Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order before payment or just cancel the current order and place a new one. But you had better not change it after you make payment because it may delay your order preparation.

My order status is still” preparing”, when will it beshipped?

Total Delivery Time = Preparing Time + Shipping Time

 How can I track my package?

Once an order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.   

 

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in touch with us, please check:

 

1. Tracking number.

2. Checking if you have an attempted delivery from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange re-delivery.

3. The driver may have left your parcel somewhere safe such as your porch if it shows the parcel already delivered on website. You also can check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel for you.

 

What will the shipping company do if they cannot contactwith the receiver when the parcel arrive?

Most of shipping company will deliver the parcel for three times if they the consignee cannot be contacted. They will return the parcel to the sender or leave the parcel at the warehouse  after the third attempt. So please make sure you write down the correct shipping address when you make an order and keep your phone on.
