Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 48 hours,However, during the epidemic, to ensure the safety of our employees, the handling time may be extended to 3-7 business days. Due to the post office, Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email care@ntbay.com.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
We cannot ship to Military addresses. If you provided a military address at checkout, we would email you to request a different shipping address.
International Shipping Policy(Countries outside the United States)
We currently only support overseas delivery to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Please note: Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant, and we can‘t calculate these for you.

fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
For consumer care, NTBAY is responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packing materials and damaged goods, take clear digital photos of the damaged goods and send them to dora@ntbay.com with your order ID.
NTBAY will reship your order within 48 hours after receiving your order ID and clear digital photos of the damaged goods from you.
