NTBAY's response to COVID-19

Orders will be delayed and there may be extra charges on shipping. This page includes details about how NTBAY is operating in this difficult time.

1. Can I place an order? How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Yes, our warehouse activities are currently continuing. However, delivery times may be longer than usual. Usually, we will ship the orders within 3 work days and it will take about 3-7 business days for delivery. However, tracking updates may delay at this time. It will depend on the shipping carriers. Please be patient.

2. Why is there extra shipping charges on orders?

That's because our expense will be higher during this time. We will need to ensure the safety of our employees and warehouse. 

3. Can I make changes on my orders?

You can only make changes before the order is shipped. Therefore, please make sure your shipping information is correct when you make an order. We will not accept cancellations when the order is shipped.

4. Can I still make returns?

No. We are not processing returns. And we understand that some of our customers do not want to go to post office these days.

5. What if there is any problems with my orders?

If there is any problems with your order, please feel free to let us know. Our customer service team is still working hard to solve your problems as soon as possible.
